Cunard has a long and distinguished record of transatlantic crossings and worldwide cruising. Cunard liners are known for comfortable accommodations, excellent cuisine, personal service. The Queen Elizabeth 2 is the last of the great liners to regularly schedule crossings between New York and Southampton. And, yes this is the company that owns the Queen Mary 2.

Both Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth 2 are, in effect, two-class passenger liners whereby passengers are assigned to dining rooms based on cabin categories. Otherwise, the emphasis on both ships is in offering plenty of onboard activities (particularly of the enrichment nature) and elegant public spaces.
